1. ALL SESSIONS ARE ONLINE VIA ZOOM (Please note we do not offer in person sessions at our location or your location)
2. FOR PAID COACHING SESSIONS -
As we are offering a highly personalized 1 to 1 coaching service and to enable other clients to book and stick to their scheduled coaching sessions, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, to cancel or reschedule your coaching session. Otherwise we will have to charge you the full session charge for a "no show".
Please therefore reach out 48 hours in advance and we will do our very best to help you to reschedule or cancel your coaching session.

3. FOR INITIAL COGNITIVE PERFORMANCE STRATEGY CONSULTATION SESSIONS -
Even though this is a free 30 minute initial strategy consultation session, as we are offering a highly personalized 1 to 1 coaching service and to enable other clients to book and stick to their scheduled coaching sessions, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, to cancel or reschedule your strategy consultation session.
As everyone's time is limited and precious, if you miss your free strategy consultation session, we will offer another opportunity to sign up for a free strategy consultation session. However, if you miss two free strategy consultation sessions, we will require you to wait 3 months before allowing you to book another free strategy consultation session. Please therefore reach out 48 hours in advance and we will do our very best to help you to reschedule or cancel your coaching session.
