About Your Coach

Hello, I'm George Eapen, your guide on the journey to mental well-being and memory management through the power of storytelling. With over 20+ years of crafting impactful narratives for companies like Procter & Gamble®, PepsiCo®, and Vodafone®, I've mastered the art and science of transformative storytelling.

Having been through various personal and professional challenges in my life, I went back to the power of storytelling to coach myself back to a position of strength, where I was able to rediscover my skillsets and passion points to move forward in life.

 

 

Within weeks, I was able to anchor myself on my purpose-driven story, which then enabled me to consistently enter into a state of strong mental wellness and emotional wellbeing, and consistently operate with peak cognitive performance.

I was also able to sharpen my cognitive responses and code my memory management system to keep the learnings from my life journey so far...which helps me to confidently navigate life in the present and in the future.

 

I decided to then share my storytelling framework for emotional wellbeing, mental resilience, and memory management, amongst friends, family, colleagues, and clients across the globe. This was incredibly rewarding and I started to offer regular storytelling training sessions to enable individuals across all walks of life to enjoy peak mental wellness, emotional wellbeing and effective memory management.
